1 33% longer range as compared to average range of electric bicycles using 10.4Ah or 11.6Ah battery only. Average range was calculated based on range provided on respective manufacturers website of electric bicycle brands as on May 2022.
2 Consumes 0.375kWh (~0.4) at ideal conditions and cost has been calculated considering the price per unit to be ₹7. 0.4 units * ₹7 = ₹2.8. ₹2.8/80km = ₹0.03 or 3 paise. Real life conditions may vary according to tariff of respective electricity provider and other conditions.
3 Battery life is 1000 charging cycles or 12 months whichever earlier. 1 charging cycle refers to 1 complete charge and discharge. 1000 charging cycles * 80 km range = 80,000 km. Earth's circumference at equator is 40075 km, herein approximated as ~40,000km. Thus referred to as going around earth twice or 80,000km. (Refer full Warranty Here)
4 Cut-off time is 12:00 hours IST. Orders received after cut-off time will be dispatched within 48 hours.
5 Free Doorstep delivery is available to serviceable pincodes by Shipping Partner. Certain remote locations may be non-serviceable. Customers ordering may have to arrange pickup from nearest Shipping provider Hub or make a payment partial charges for shipping for door step delivery if applicable in the pincode.
7 Theft and Accident Insurance provided through Insurance provider registered under IRDAI post purchase. Any claims made must be directly to the Insurance Provider and claims shall be settled by Insurance Provider to the customer directly. In case of opting to take insurance, the customer shall make the premium payment for the same directly to the insurance provider. The cost of insurance may vary depending on the pincode of the insured.
8 GPS tracking system is a optional tracking system provided by third-party provider and shall be payable extra in addition to cost of bike. Voltrix does not collect any GPS data of the bikes or user. Any support, warranty and renewal of subscriptions related to GPS System shall be directly provided by GPS provider. All images of the application user interface (UI) is for representative purposes only. Application UI may vary depending on the GPS provider and updates.
