Voltrix Mobility - Warranty Policy

Componentry which isn’t Voltrix branded (see below). Normal wear and tear. Damage or defect caused to product or any components by accidents, neglect or abuse, Improper assembly, tampering to electronics or settings without knowledge or authorization of Voltrix, Improper follow-up maintenance. All bikes must be serviced by an authorized Voltrix dealer within 6 months of purchase. Suspension systems must be serviced annually by an authorized dealer. Modification or alteration of the frame or original components. The bike is not registered within 21 days.

Serial numbers of product and its components is deleted, defaced, altered or removed in any way; Used for a load above permissible limit; Used for stunts, extreme sports or competition, acrobatics, enduro biking or any such similar activities; Modified the bike, frame or any components; Tampering with electronics, electronic settings (such as speed, wheel size or other settings) or any other parts; modified for any use other than personal transport; Damage caused by an accident or malfunction or misuse caused to the Product by the acts of persons, intentional or otherwise, including but not limited to misuse or mishandling, fire or any act of God; Nonfunctional parts due to natural wear and tear, ageing, defects resulting from misuse/ improper handling or negligence by the rider or Product is altered by component parts substitution are not covered under the warranty.

Issues relating to branded original components, such as Shimano, KMC, LTWOO, PYC, Zoom, Tektro etc are the responsibility of the appropriate component manufacturer’s warranty and subject to their terms and conditions. In the case of branded components failing, please contact your local Voltrix stockist who will liaise with the relevant distributor on your behalf.

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ON VOLTRIX BICYCLES MUST BE MADE THROUGH AN AUTHORISED VOLTRIX DEALER or THROUGH WEBSITE - Here. If the cause of the fault isn’t initially clear based on the information and photos your or Voltrix dealer provides, the defective product may need to be returned to Voltrix Mobility for closer inspection. The shipping charges for defective component shall be borne by user and shipping charges for new component shall be borne by Voltrix (only for components under warranty). The warranty is applicable within geographical boundaries of India only. If user wishes to avail any warranty outside of India, the user shall communicate to Voltrix in writing and same shall be approved only on case by case basis and is under sole discretion of Voltrix. In case, warranty claims outside India is approved by Voltrix, all shipping charges for component replacement or any other replacement shall be borne solely by the user between user's location and Voltrix's location in both directions.

Any variations in colors shown may be due to the reproductive variations of the displaying process. Photos may include equipment not available in all markets. Some models may be shown with optional equipment. All product is subject to availability.
